Make sure you are ordering the correct bag, filter or belt for your vacuum. If you are not sure what Type or Style of bag, belt, filter or brushroll your vacuum uses, please do not place an order! If you mistakenly order the wrong item we will gladly exchange it for the correct product (additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred, even if your order qualified for free shipping). If we cannot provide an exchange item we will issue a refund minus a minimum 10% re-stocking fee on any approved returned merchandise.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. If you change your mind and/or refuse your order because "my vacuum quit" or "I bought a new one", you will still be responsible for shipping and handling fees both ways, even if your order qualified for free shipping and a minimum 10% restocking fee will apply on any un-opened products.
You must also realize that even though we ship your order usually within 24-48 hours, it may take the carrier (USPS) anywhere from 3 to 15 "Business Days" to deliver the package because of distance, weather and or holidays. This factor is beyond our control. So if you just can't wait that long to get your products, Please Don't Order from us.
USPS Delivery Confirmation verifies delivery of all shipments. Due Diligence must be exercised when a shipment has been confirmed as delivered to the correct address by this system. We cannot nor will not be held responsible if it ends up "disappearing" because of being left unattended to.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: There will be a 20% re-stocking fee plus a 20% Administrative Fee assessed on any refused shipments or Unauthorized "Return to Sender" returns.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION for US POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERY! If your order is returned to us marked "Undeliverable as Addressed" or "Insufficient Address" or "No Mail Receptacle" or "No City Delivery - Must Have PO Box Number" or the like, we will automatically refund your card or account for the items ordered but shipping and handling fees will be deducted off the refund even if your order qualified for Free Shipping. If you still want the products, you will need to place a new order with the proper address information for US Postal Service delivery.
ALL Exchanges, Returns or Refunds must First be approved by e-mail, not by phone, within 7 days of receipt (Shipping/Handling/DC charges are Non-Refundable, even if your order qualified for free shipping, and all returns are subject to a minimum 10% re-stocking fee)
NOTE: NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON OPENED PACKS OF BAGS OR FILTERS. BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION ISSUES THEY ARE NO LONGER RESELLABLE.
Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 30 days of it's shipping date. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in un-sellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
If a guaranteed is covered by the manufacturer, the item cannot be returned to Youbuy4less.com for repair. This will only cause delay in repairing your item. Follow the instructions on the guarantee in returning to the authorized repair station.Used or demo equipment is not covered by the manufacturer.Used or demo equipment could be returned to youbuy4less for refund or repair up to 30 days after delivery
